Jill and Simon welcome you to Riverview Cottage & Cabins - Hokitika
We are a small secluded rural homestead and accommodation complex, set on a 3.4-hectare lifestyle property. Riverview is located 3km from Hokitika Town Centre on the road to the Hokitika Gorge and Lake Kaniere. Set down a long driveway, well back from the main road, the only sound you’ll hear in the morning is the local birdlife and our farm animals.

We offer a variety of accommodation options. There are four cabin bedrooms, a double, twin, family room (sleeps 4), family room (sleeps 5).
Activities
The Hokitika Gorge, turn right out our drive and it is approx. 30km inland, through the Kowhitirangi farming district. Lake Kaniere is 22km from Riverview or you can make this an approx. 60km round trip, taking you past Dorothy Falls and the Kokatahi Township.

Hokitika is a very creative town, with many Arts & Crafts shops exhibiting local artists' work. Explore the Hokitika Historical Museum, with displays of Westland’s past.
